A True Hero

Chadwick Boseman was truly a hero. He recently passed away after a 4 year bout with colon cancer at the age of 43. But his legacy will live on.

Born in South Carolina, he attended Howard University. With the help of Phylicia Rashad (Claire Huxtable), Boseman got accepted into an acting program which was funded by none other than Denzel Washington. During his career, he starred as Jackie Robinson in 42, James Brown in Get On Up, Thurgood Marshall, and of course, the Black Panther.

It’s truly amazing that during his 4 year cancer fight, he managed to be in 7 blockbuster movies, such as The Avengers: Infinity War and End Game, Black Panther, 21 Bridges, Thurgood Marshall and 5 Bloods and never once complained or sought out sympathy. He was a gifted actor and definitely someone to look up to and admire.
