Orders received by 3:30 PM Central Time will be processed the same day and delivered within 2-7 business days of the order. Business days will be counted starting on the next business day after the order is received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be fulfilled and then shipped. You will receive an email notification when your order is received, fulfilled, and shipped. We will also email you the tracking number associated with your order. Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will not start the fulfillment process until that Monday. If you live in Oklahoma, expect to receive your order within 1-3 days, depending on how big your order is.

Ship times may be faster than five business days as we have multiple warehouses located in strategic places to improve shipping speed. Shipping times faster than five days are not guaranteed unless expedited shipping is selected. Orders placed for expedited shipping must be received by 3:00 PM Central Time in order to be processed on the same business day. Items received after that time will ship on the next business day.
